Vanguard 23 Jewels 9092" signed white enamel SS dial with British military pheon under signature, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, gold center wheel, brushed satin nickel finish, s#29379092 with matching last four digits of serial number to dial. From the Estate of Joel Henry Beecher, who loved Walthams.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, virtually mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, minuscule specks to regulator, very few micro-fine short scratches to plates; dial has a patched edge chip near 11, some scattered perimeter hls; excellent hands; case shows little wear, scattered fine scratches to rear, no dents or dings, excellent engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
